Every matching pharmacy is ranked by the same four criteria, in the same order. Your plan, payment history, and commercial relationship with RxRoute never influence your position.
Freshness of confirmation
A recent confirmation ranks ahead of an older one. Each result carries a confirmation date, and statuses expire on the pharmacy’s chosen schedule.
Distance
Distance is measured from the request’s 3-digit ZIP area, never a patient address. Closer pharmacies rank higher within the earlier criteria.
Plan compatibility
Pharmacies whose accepted plan types match the request rank above a mismatch within the earlier criteria.

Subscription tier, payment history, time on the platform, request volume, and commercial relationships with RxRoute are excluded from ranking inputs.

Every result includes a fill status and its confirmation date. A match is a starting point. The pharmacy makes the final dispensing decision.
Current fill rules and a recent confirmation indicate the pharmacy can fill requests like this one.
The pharmacy can fill after ordering. Its stated lead time appears with the status.
The pharmacy can fill with limits, such as particular strengths or plan types.
The pharmacy asks to confirm this kind of request before a prescription is sent.
The pharmacy has said it cannot fill this request.
The pharmacy fills this for patients it already serves. This is a policy restriction.
An answer is only as useful as its age.
“Pharmacy confirmed today” is part of the result, not a footnote. Pharmacies reconfirm on their own schedule; older statuses move down and eventually expire.
